License Agreement
This File Download License Agreement (herein after referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the agreement between the customer (herein after referred to as the “User”) and Helping Hand Is Here, concerning a license to use downloaded data and related data (herein after referred to as the “Licensed Data”).
1. General
Helping Hand Is Here grants the User an exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Licensed Data.
2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions
2.1 The right granted by this Agreement to use the Licensed Data means the right by the User to download the Licensed Data to use the Licensed Data for non-commercial use.
2.2 The User agrees not to engage in unauthorized reprinting, reproduction or copying of the Licensed Data in whole or in part, and to not revise, add to or otherwise modify it.
3. Prohibition of Transfer, Etc.
3.1 The User agrees not to transfer the Licensed Data to a third party or allow third-party use by any other means.
3.2 The User agrees not to disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Licensed Data.
4. Rights to the Licensed Data
The copyright and all other rights to the Licensed Data belong to the right holder, and the User shall have no rights to the Licensed Data other than the use rights granted in accordance with this Agreement.
5. How you can use these purchased products:
All information is supplied in good faith by Helping Hand Is Here. You use these products entirely at your own risk. You release Helping Hand Is Here and all employee from responsibility for any loss which can be traced to your use of these products.
5.1 Helping Hand Is Here and all employee are not counsellors or professionally trained in dealing with people with additional needs or medical conditions, so these products do not contain professional advice.
5.2 By using these products, you promise that you will not rely on any information on it at face value but will: think carefully about your own circumstances; and seek your own professional advice where that would be a good idea.
5.3 You promise, you will consult your general practitioner before using these products as we take no responsibility, and you use these products entirely at your own risk.
5.4 You promise, you understand MyCare folders may become very heavy over time with material,
and you will transport them responsibility to protect your health. You use these products
entirely at your own risk.
These products are Australian and is therefore governed by Australian law.
